Agility Test Solutions starts at the job by performing an ergonomic assessment of the job itself.

We evaluate the required pushing, pulling, lifting, carrying, climbing, and other physical job requirements

Once evaluated, the job is rated to determine the Body Index Score (BIS) needed to meet the job requirements

Job candidate’s torso/back, knees, and shoulders are evaluated using the CRT isokinetic dynamometer to determine their physical output

The candidate’s output is compared to the required BIS for the job

The employer is notified of the candidate’s BIS and can use this as part of the hiring decision
